I am happy that這種結構中的that引導的句子是賓語從句。
在英語句子中，及物動詞後面可以跟一個完整的句子作賓語，是賓語從句。在“系動詞be+形容詞+that…”中，that引導的句子也是賓語從句。如：
I am happy that he has made such good progress.
We are sure that we will cucceed.
