鯨落（Whale Fall），指鯨死去後沉入海底的現象。當鯨在海洋中死去，它的屍體最終會沉入海底，生物學家賦予這個過程以鯨落的名字。一座鯨的屍體可以供養一套以分解者為主的循環系統長達百年。鯨落是指鯨魚死亡後落入深海形成的生態系統，與熱液、冷泉一同被稱為是深海生命的“綠洲”。在北太平洋深海中，鯨落維持了至少有43個種類12490個生物體的生存，促進了深海生命的繁榮。
Whale fall refers to phenomenon that whales sink to the bottom of the sea after they a whale dies in the ocean，its body eventually sinks to the bottoms of the sea，a process biologists call whale landing.
