partwith和partfrom區別

1、 part with 意思是：“ 失去， 賣掉〔付出〕… 與…分開 ”

例如：

1) miser doesn't like to part with his money.

那個守財奴捨不得花他的錢。

2). He parted with his friend on the pier yesterday.

他昨天在碼頭上和他的朋友告別。

3)ite his poverty， he refuses to part with the family jewel.

他儘管貧窮，卻不肯變賣家中的珠寶。

2、  partfrom意思是：“離開，離去，出發，啟程，動身，死亡”可作及物動詞，也可作不及物動詞。

例如：

1). He departed his life at the age of seventy.(作及物動詞）

他70歲時去世。

2). He seemed somewhat loath to depart. （ 作不及物動詞）

他似乎不願離去。

3). The train to Beijing will depart from Platform 3 in half an hour.（ 作不及物動詞）

開往北京的火車將於半小時後從三站台開出。
