patient和patience的區別

最主要是詞性不同：

patient可做名詞和形容詞兩種詞性，做名詞時是“病人”之意（可數）做形容詞時是"“有耐心的”的意思。例如：She is very patient with young children.（patient做形容詞：耐心的）。She treats her patient patiently.（patient做名詞：病人）

patience只做名詞，意為“耐性，耐心”。例如：Facing the naughty boy，she lost her patience.

patient:

這個病人病入膏肓。

The patient is still in denial.

病人仍然拒不接受事實。

The patient made a rapid recovery.

patience:
