起牀的英語縮寫

英語表達＂起牀＂含義的單詞或詞組有以下幾種。但都沒有縮寫形式：

1，rise  起牀，升起。

He would often rise as soon as it was light and go into the garden.

他經常天一亮就起牀去花園。

2、get up　起牀（最常用的）

She got up at the crack of dawn.

天剛亮她便起牀了。

3、get out of bed  起牀起身

I had to force myself to get out of bed this morning.

我今天早晨不得不強迫自己起牀。
