sothat與tooto怎樣互換

so…that的意思是“如此…以致於…”，連接的是結果狀語從句，如果that後面是一句否定句則可以和too…to句型改寫。too…to的意思是“太…以致於不能…”。

改寫通常有兩種情況：

一、當主從句主語一致時，如：He is so old that he can't look after himself. = He is too old to look after himself.

二、當主從句主語不一致時，如：The desk is so heavy that I can't move it. = The desk is too heavy for me to move.
