ed分词可以做主语吗

动词的“-ed分词”是可以作主语的。

Devoted  to  his scientific work ， he has no time to care for his family，with  his wife always complains about.

宏观一点，做主语的基本用法，将限定词中的定冠词“the”+ 动词的“-ed分词”可以作主语，表示具备这一属性的人或者物。

还有另外一种也是 ed 主语的是：

The accused was taken away by the bailiff.

这里的主语是 “被告人”。如果 ed 当被动形容词指某人或某群人，也可以当主语

还有倒装句

例如：

Sitting on the sofa was a man in his 40s.

这句话其实就是 A man in his 40s was sitting on the sofa.

Placed in the box was a diamond ring 

ed分词可以做主语吗

过去分词一般不起名词作用故不能作主语。但如果过去分词当形容词用 前面加个the 表示一类东西时 这时就起名词作用了，就可以作主语了。
