可以
look up中的up為副詞。短語look up一起可以作不及物動詞（不接賓語），也可以作及物動詞（接賓語），但是詞義不同：
look up v adv
1，好轉改善：
Things are looking up!情況正在好轉！
2 （在詞典、參考書中）查詢查閲：Look up the word in the dictionary.在詞典裏查這個詞。
3，（在同一地區時）拜訪探訪：Look me up，next time you're in town. 下次你到城裏來，請來看望我。
look up表示查找信息或從詞典中查一個單詞時，為及物動詞+副詞。而不是不及物動詞。
